Patrick is a communications and media expert with more than two decades experience in PR and journalism.
As founder and managing director of Simpatico PR, Patrick has first-hand experience of the challenges faced by business start-ups and in particular developing a compelling and differentiated proposition in a crowded market.
Since launching in January 2012, Simpatico PR, based in Londonâ€™s Soho Square, has grown rapidly and boasts a portfolio of some of the worldâ€™s most prominent businesses and exciting start-ups in design, media, technology, research and marketing. The agency offers a fusion of media relations and content services.
Patrick began his career as a journalist covering retail, fmcg, financial services, motoring, advertising and marketing for titles such as The Guardian, Marketing magazine, Broadcast and Supermarketing magazine. Patrick was also Editor of Media Week magazine for five years, during seismic changes created by the first dotcom boom and subsequent bust and the digitisation of media. He featured in Media Weekâ€™s 30th anniversary issue, contributing an article on the changes within the commercial media industry he witnessed as editor.
Serving as a Board Director for Limelight Public Relations and The Media Foundry, Patrick worked with a diverse range of businesses and brands including Tate Modern, Kopparberg, Global Radio, BT:fon, research organisations such as NRS, Rajar, media and creative companies such as The Marketing Store, Fallon, McCann Erickson, JKR and Elmwood and planning and architecture group Barton Wilmore.

Dori Pasternak-Busell brings more than fifteen years’ experience providing technology, media and marketing business with strategic communications counsel to a wide range of business-to-business and consumer brands. Her expertise is focused on building brands across all stakeholders and raising the profile of C-suite executives. She is also a media relations specialist, with a focus on building strategic relationships with top-tier reporters and bloggers.
Dori’s most recent experience includes delivering PR strategies for advertising, branding and technology firms such as Lippincott, Ace Metrix, uSamp and Millward Brown. Previously, Dori was a member of Visa Inc.’s corporate relations team, helping to promote Visa products to the merchant and financial communities and managing global communications following Visa’s IPO.
Prior to joining Visa, Dori spent a number of years at MWW Group and Ogilvy Public Relations, where her clients included Intel, Advent Software, CFA Institute, Pfizer, Merck, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Deloitte, the London Stock Exchange, UK Trade and Investment, IAG Research and Amazon.com.

With a decade’s experience in journalism and PR, Lee Gunther started his career writing for leading trade publications within the home entertainment industry before joining UK film distributor TLA Entertainment as PR Manager.
Lee was responsible for creating and executing PR, social media and marketing campaigns in both the UK and US, dealing directly with talent, managing agencies, working with film festivals and ultimately securing widespread coverage for both the company and its films across national media.FIND ON LINKEDIN
Will has had a varied career in media and communications, with experience in both print and broadcast journalism. He had his first break as a business reporter with trade magazine Broadcast, where he covered the TV production and distribution sector.
Later, he worked at the BBC World Service on its business and finance news programme, World Business Report.
Since joining Simpatico PR in May 2013, Will has written on behalf of clients for the likes of Forbes, the Guardian, Huffington Post and Marketing Magazine, among many others.
Well versed in communications, with extensive commercially focused public relations experience, Katya’s background is in journalism across both print and online platforms. Katya has experience in PR for the oil and gas sector, as well as managing accounts for the United Nations outside the UK and for the European Commission. During her time as a freelance comms professional and journalist, Katya was contracted to coordinate and manage events for various NHS funded projects in south London.

Paul runs a portfolio of clients in areas ranging from neuro-science research to brand innovation and technology.
He joined Simpatico in 2015 from a media agency background, where he specialised in digital content production and social media to support the agency’s future-facing brand, as well as implementing a wider marketing strategy including events and research projects.

With a particular expertise in enterprise IT security, business services software and IT systems, Jenny has previously worked with brands such as Blue Coat, Trustwave, CAST Software and Cisco.
After graduating with a degree in PR and marketing communications, Jenny went straight into in B2B PR, working on a variety of sectors from health & safety to telecoms and mobile, where she has led PR strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients.

Daisy helps lead PR strategies for at range of clients at Simpatico across technology, design and brand marketing sectors. Daisy started her career in PR at Franklin Rae following a period of teaching English in Northern China, and volunteering at animal conservation organisations in Thailand and Mozambique. Hailing from Surrey, Daisy is a keen adventurer always looking for new countries and activities to explore including boxing, diving, and most recently surfing.

Outside of work, Paul is a keen baker and aspiring mountain climber, having recently completed the Three Peaks challenge (fuelled by homemade flapjacks).
