Patrick is a communications and media expert with more than two decades experience in PR and journalism.
As founder and managing director of Simpatico PR, Patrick has first-hand experience of the challenges faced by business start-ups and in particular developing a compelling and differentiated proposition in a crowded market.
Since launching in January 2012, Simpatico PR, based in Londonâ€™s Soho Square, has grown rapidly and boasts a portfolio of some of the worldâ€™s most prominent businesses and exciting start-ups in design, media, technology, research and marketing. Patrick began his career as a journalist covering retail, fmcg, financial services, motoring, advertising and marketing for titles such as The Guardian, Marketing magazine, Broadcast and Supermarketing magazine. Patrick was also Editor of Media Week magazine for five years, during seismic changes created by the first dotcom boom and subsequent bust and the digitisation of media. He featured in Media Weekâ€™s 30th anniversary issue, contributing an article on the changes within the commercial media industry he witnessed as editor.
Serving as a Board Director for Limelight Public Relations and The Media Foundry, Patrick worked with a diverse range of businesses and brands including Tate Modern, Kopparberg, Global Radio, BT:fon, research organisations such as NRS, Rajar, media and creative companies such as The Marketing Store, Fallon, McCann Erickson, JKR and Elmwood and planning and architecture group Barton Wilmore.

Anna-Liisa is an established marketing and PR professional with thirteen years’ experience providing strategic counsel to CEO and CMO’s within media, advertising, technology and marketing services businesses. She has received industry acclaim picking up EMEA and UK PR and B2B communications awards.
With a print and media agency planning background at The Independent and MEC, Anna-Liisa went on to become the marketing lead at various Group M, Omnicom agencies and media advisory firms. More recently, she was Director of the UK media practice at MWWUK delivering PR strategies for the UK’s biggest media businesses.
During her career, she has developed B2C marketing strategies for advertisers including Danone, Novartis and Specsavers and B2B content-driven PR strategies working with businesses including IBM owned The Weather Channel, Sky and Publicis Media.

Dori Pasternak-Busell brings more than fifteen years’ experience providing technology, media and marketing business with strategic communications counsel to a wide range of business-to-business and consumer brands. Her expertise is focused on building brands across all stakeholders and raising the profile of C-suite executives. She is also a media relations specialist, with a focus on building strategic relationships with top-tier reporters and bloggers.
Dori’s most recent experience includes delivering PR strategies for advertising, branding and technology firms such as Lippincott, Ace Metrix, uSamp and Millward Brown. Previously, Dori was a member of Visa Inc.’s corporate relations team, helping to promote Visa products to the merchant and financial communities and managing global communications following Visa’s IPO.

Stephanie Nolte is an established PR and communications professional with more than 15 years’ experience providing strategic advice to CEOs and CMOs within a wide range of consumer and business-to-business-brands as well as political institutions.
For several years she headed the corporate communications team of ImmobilienScout24, Germany’s No.1 property site for real estate. In this position she raised the profile of the company’s CEOs, established public affairs activities and extended visibility in B2B-, business and consumer media titles.
Stephanie gained a lot of experience in working with political stakeholders and institutions rolling out national as well as EU-wide campaigns. For an association of German high-tech industry companies, she developed communications campaigns and established new marketing and stakeholder communications formats.
Prior to that Stephanie worked as account director and senior PR consultant at various PR agencies. Will has had a varied career in media and communications, with experience in both print and broadcast journalism. He had his first break as a business reporter with trade magazine Broadcast, where he covered the TV production and distribution sector.

Tom is a former journalist and corporate communications specialist with more than 10 years’ experience across a variety of industries.
Before joining Simpatico PR, Tom was head of communications for the Professional Publishers Association (PPA), the membership body for UK publishers of consumer magazines and business media. At the PPA he was responsible for the organisation’s communications strategy and delivering content solutions for members across print, digital, social media and live events.
Prior to that Tom was a writer for a variety of b2b media titles including Printing World where he was News Editor.

Before this, he was at the PR agency W, where he played a lead role in producing the company’s thought leadership output, both internally and for clients.
Ed has led PR activity for the likes of dunnhumby, Viacom and Mixmag and handled internal communications for major businesses, including Coca-Cola Europe and ING Direct. He has a degree in creative writing and a postgraduate diploma in magazine journalism.

Growing up overseas and developing a passion for communications in the melting pot of Dubai led Lorna to a career in Public Relations.
